ACC Limited has been set up in 1936. ACC (ACC Limited) is India’s foremost manufacturer of cement and concrete. ACC’s operations are spread throughout the country with 14 modern cement factories, more than 30 Ready mix concrete plants, 20 sales offices, and several zonal offices. It has a workforce of about 10,000 persons and a countrywide distribution network of over 9,000 dealers.
The management control of the ACC was taken over by Swiss cement major Holcim in 2004 and changed it’s name from Associated Cement Companies Limited to ACC Limited.
