if I want to invest in L&T infra bonds so how & to whom should I get in touch with?

We do not have a way to check the authenticity of an agent. So we have stopped publishing agents’ comments and numbers to avoid fraud. You can directly contact the banker to the issue and submit the forms. All infrastructure bonds posts have sufficient information and useful links. Please read them. A little home work is necessary for all investors. After all it is your hard earned money!
