This is the second time in this financial year Infrastructure Development Finance has come up with infrastructure bonds issue.The issue starts from 11th January and closes on 25th February 2012. Credit rating and the interest rates are same as the earlier issue which closed a month back.
Bonds have also been issued for the tranche 1. Bonds for trabche2 are expected to be issued in March last week. IDFC has a better credit rating than other infrastructure finance companies which are allowed to issue section 80 CCF long term bonds. It’s a very big issue when the size is compared to the others.
