IDFC Infrastructure Bonds FY 2011 – 2012 Tranche 2

This is the second time in this financial year Infrastructure Development Finance has come up with infrastructure bonds issue.The issue starts from 11^th January and closes on 25^th February 2012. Credit rating and the interest rates are same as the earlier issue which closed a month back.

Bonds have also been issued for the tranche 1. Bonds for trabche2 are expected to be issued in March last week. IDFC has a better credit rating than other infrastructure finance companies which are allowed to issue section 80 CCF long term bonds. It’s a very big issue when the size is compared to the others.

Face Value: Rs 5000

Minimum Subscription:  2 Bonds i.e. Rs 10,000

Issue Size: 5000 Crores

Listing: BSE and NSE

Depositories: CDSL, NSDL

Bonds issuance: Physical mode as well as Demat mode

Registrar: Karvy Computer Share

Credit Rating:  ICRA AAA and FITCH AAA

Type of bonds:  Unsecured, redeemable and non-convertible.

Open Date: January 11^th  2012

Close Date: February 25^th 2012
